STAJYER EHLİYET NEDİR ?
2016 Yılında uygulamaya başlanmıştır.Stajyer ehliyet uygulamasın da Sürücü adayının ulaşırsa ehliyeti iptal olur .Ehliyeti iptal edilen sürücü Psikolojik durumunun tespiti için Psiko-teknik testine girer ve psikolojisi uygun olması durumunda Psiko-teknik belgesi alacaktır.Aldığı bu belge ile tekrar sürücü kursuna başvurabilecek ve yeniden sürücü belgesi alabilecektir.
ÜST ÜSTE YAPILAN HATALARDA EHLİYETİN İPTAL EDİLMESİ HANGİ DURUMLARDA GEÇERLİDİR?
1) 3 kez kırmızı ışıkta geçmek
2) 3 kez radar cezası yemek
3) Sağa- Sola, dönel kavşaklarda yayalara, bisiklet kullanıcılarına geçiş hakkının 3 defa ihlal
4) Okul geçitlerin de öğrenci geçişlerinin ihlal edilmesi
5) Emniyet Kemerinin 3 defa takılmaması
6) 0,20 Promil alkol ile yakalanmak
7) Ölümle sonuçlanan trafik kazalarında asli kusurlu olmak.
STAJYER EHLİYET İLE ALKOLLÜ YAKALANMA
Eğer alınan alkol 0.20 promilin üzerinde ise ehliyetiniz doğrudan iptal edilir.
